En este art\u00edculo de SEAS te contamos qu\u00e9 es este tipo de energ\u00eda renovable y cu\u00e1les son sus principales aplicaciones. \u00a1Vamos all\u00e1!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Definici\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda mini-hidr\u00e1ulica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La energ\u00eda mini-hidr\u00e1ulica es una forma de generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda renovable que aprovecha la energ\u00eda del agua en movimiento para producir electricidad. A diferencia de las grandes centrales hidroel\u00e9ctricas, que requieren grandes embalses y enormes estructuras de infraestructura, la energ\u00eda mini-hidr\u00e1ulica se refiere a <strong>proyectos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y descentralizados que pueden instalarse en arroyos, r\u00edos o canales con un flujo de agua constante y una ca\u00edda de altura moderada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estos sistemas son <strong>altamente eficientes y respetuosos con el medioambiente<\/strong>, ya que no generan emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero ni contaminan el agua. En definitiva, la energ\u00eda mini-hidr\u00e1ulica es muy parecida a la hidr\u00e1ulica, pero a una escala mucho menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aplicaciones de la energ\u00eda mini-hidr\u00e1ulica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora que ya sabes en qu\u00e9 consiste la energ\u00eda mini-hidr\u00e1ulica, veamos cu\u00e1les son sus principales aplicaciones. Estas son algunas de ellas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Abastecimiento energ\u00e9tico local<\/strong>: se utiliza ampliamente para abastecer de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica a comunidades rurales o \u00e1reas remotas que no tienen acceso a la red el\u00e9ctrica convencional. La energ\u00eda mini-hidr\u00e1ulica ofrece una soluci\u00f3n viable para llevar electricidad a estas comunidades, ya que puede instalarse en arroyos o r\u00edos cercanos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bombeo de agua<\/strong>: sobre todo en \u00e1reas agr\u00edcolas o rurales. Estos sistemas pueden extraer agua de pozos o r\u00edos y elevarla a tierras de cultivo o dep\u00f3sitos de almacenamiento utilizando la energ\u00eda generada por la ca\u00edda del agua a trav\u00e9s de una turbina hidr\u00e1ulica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Micro-generaci\u00f3n distribuida<\/strong>: donde la electricidad se produce localmente y se utiliza en el lugar de generaci\u00f3n o se distribuye a trav\u00e9s de una red de baja tensi\u00f3n.
